The color is intense and semi-opaque, and can be applied straight from the bottle with a brush, applicator bottle, or stamp. It is suitable for use on natural and synthetic fibers, leather, wood, and paper. Each jar comes in a variety of colors and conforms to ASTM D 4236. Made in the USA, this professional quality Jacquard fabric paint medium holds up exceptionally well to washing, never chipping, cracking, or peeling, even with repeated wear and washing, leaving fabric as soft as possible. It is also permanent and colorfast on both synthetic and natural fabrics, including stretchy and extruded fabrics, making it perfect for outdoor use on upholstery. This medium-bodied paint is semi-transparent and can be mixed with water to increase transparency and reduce viscosity. It can also be mixed with #100 Colorless Extender to achieve any degree of transparency without affecting the consistency of the paint. Textile Colors can be intermixed to form essentially any color and can be used with Lumiere, Neopaque, and Dye-Na-Flow lines. It is also an excellent medium for Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments.
